Aquiring a copy of Apple II System 4.0.1

It has just come to my attention that the Apple II System 4.0.1 is not going
to be distributed directly to user groups that have a User Group Ambassador
registered with Apple.  However, Apple is authorizing the distribution via
bulletin board or AppleLink download.

Can some kind soul please:
a) email me software, packaged in ShrinkIt and Binscii
b) email me an FTP site where I can grab a copy
c) email me a bulletin board phone number that I can get it from 

The above are in order of preference.

Please respond via email.  While I am a loyal Apple II owner, I do not 
presently have time to follow the high volume of traffic on this group.
