I would recommand ORCA/C, since C is main stream these days.  But I heard
ORCA/Pascal v2.0 will be cool too.  Both support the toolbox well, and I
would say ignore the Learn C bundle and just get only the ORCA/C.  Instead,
get the Toolbox C, which is excellent ( I would guess it is, I have have ToolboxPascal ).

Don't get DesignMaster... it's pretty weak.  Check out Foundation, it currently
lack native ( graphic ) editors, but hopefully it'll be out soon.  Genesys was
really nice!  But SSSi is gone.

ORCA/C and Pascal both come with the ORCA/Shell and the ORCA/Prizm ( desktop
environment ).  You don't need to buy ORCA/M unless you need the assembler.

I am pleased with ByteWorks myself, before I had my modem, I wrote him several
times via. snail.  I got replied after about 2 weeks.  Not too bad.  My
emails to him get back within a week.
