Looking for good dec vt => 100 terminal emulator for //e //c

I need a good PD or SW terminal emulator for an apple //e or //c.  Must
be at least vt100 compatable.  ALSO must be able to select the SLOT that
the comm card is in instead of auto selecting...  File transfer
protocols are not important...
