    That's the "smooth launch" feature of System 6... you have to set
certain auxtype bits so the GS/OS doesn't flip to the text screen.

    At least Bakkup still works with 5.0.4... They probably put on the
older version because System 6.0 + Bakkup won't fit on a single floppy.

    So how do you do any backups if it thinks your disks are all write-
protected?  Seems like a pretty major flaw to me...
