    I know, I've been thinking about that one.  So far I have two
solutions:  postpone the CFV until this coming September (this is
allowed, although probably very rarely used) or start up a campaign
involving all ProLine sysops.  I personally favour the second
alternative since there are probably thousands of ProLine users who are
eligible to vote and will benefit greatly from the creation of the new
newsgroups.  Very, very few ProLine users have voted in the past (e.g.,
three out of around 90 votes in the first csa2.programmer CFV).

    ProLine sysops: I don't think I should be actively campaigning
(trying to remain fairly neutral, in light of dicussions on
news.groups), but if you are interested in this idea, please reply here
or e-mail me and we'll try to put something together.  I'll be
*extremely* pissed if even one of *my* newsgroups doesn't pass.  ;-)  :)
