If WinFlate is active in double-click mode (and possibly in other modes), The
Manager will produce the "auto-menu" effect.  I have no idea why this occurs,
although I suspect the Hierarchic init.  I have emailed Seven Hills,
and a copy of WinFlate has been sent to them via AOL.  I still haven't
received a response and have been unsuccessful in solving the problem myself.
