My best bet that I'd suggest... patch the reset vector to a routine that either
points to the cold/warm boot routine in ROM, or to a routine that the program
can handle this type of interrupt and do something or ignore it. And I _know_
there are at least three different ways to easily disable the Ctrl-C interrupt
temporarily. But sorry, I have been too busy working on RISC code. :-( I'm
worth my salt with Apple II stuff, but I'd need to take out my old notes (and
reload my RAM. ;-)) Anybody, any further pointers?
