Unfortunately, the multiple of 1024 byte restriction makes EFDU either
rather useless, or at least a real pain to use... Postings to
news/mail should be split along lines, and not in the middle of a
line. Also, BinSCII files are already segmented, and should not be
split any further. It was a real pain to have to edit your posting of
EFDU into a real BinSCII file, since I normally just pipe all of the
articles into sciibin from within my newsreader. I suppose EFDU would
be useful for breaking a very large file to fit on floppy disks, it
is definately not for uuencoded or BinSCII'd postings/mailings.
