I believe the new Mac driver is responsible for the improved gray scale, not
the printer itself. I doubt the IIGS driver will get the improvements.

I don't think so. The StyleWriter I didn't.

Technically, yes, but really, no. It is not if a program uses GS/OS, but
if it uses the Print Manager.
