Wow, actually I did get the "first" issue (I live right here in SE Michigan).
It is pretty nice, though not as technical as GS+ can get.  There's a lot
of "fun stuff" included that makes it a little more personable, like a 
comic strip, a Beagle Bros. disk sleeve to xerox and cut out, and other
things.  

The magazine itself seems to have a lot of info, some that I haven't read
anywhere else and some useful beginner's stuff (like, What is a Modem).

Personally, I like the letters section.  If they aren't sure of an answer
they say so, instead of giving a wrong or incomplete answer (like another
mag we might know...).

All in all, it seems like a good thing for regular people, not just edu-
cators or tech-heads.
