There is an advantage to not having Apple Canada distributing AppleII() productssince they are simply another line in the distribution chain (basically 
a warehouse, sales res, etc...nothing serious). It would even be good for the
Mac to have Apple Canada go away...
 
I'd be interested in an e-mail of the 2 versions. Odd...
