I've got a problem with a program I'm writing:
I create a blank static text item in a resource one of two ways...
1. Say that the title is a pointer, and make it point to nil, or...
2. Say that it's a resource, which points to an rTextForLETextBox2
which contains {" "};
Then, within my program, I try to put text in the control with SetCtlTitle,
but that doesn't work. I've also tried SetLETextByID, but that doesn't work
either.
Is it possible to change the contents of a static text item after the control
is created? If not, can someone give me a little primer on substitution
strings? :)
Thanks, and please respond by e-mail, since I can't keep up with all the
volume on csa2.
