"Assembly Lines:The Book" covers 8-bit assembly. I think Roger Wagner's
16-bit book was "Apple IIGS:Assembly Language for Beginners". You may
also want to take a look at "Programming the Apple IIGS in Assembly
Language" by Ron Lichty and David Eyes. However, that book uses APW/Orca
instead of Merlin.
