Well, I didn't have any file, but I rigged up my own cable anyway.  All it
requires is a cable that connects the one handshake line from the printer,
and makes sure all the rest are tied high (on the computer side).  (An IBM 
serial plotter cable should do the trick if you need a ready made one.)  And 
yes, the C-Itoh driver in Windows does work.  Nice to be able to print using
fonts and graphics.
