8/16Mag PD

Are the programs, etc that are on the old issues of 8/16 Magazine in
the public domain?  There is tons of source, the Micon Advanced BASIC
system, and many more treats on those disks and in the print.  Since
the magazine has gone, and I own all the issues (print and disk) what
do I do?
