Well, I guess this is news-posting day for me. Well, if you look up in the
ToolBox Reference, Volume 1, you'll see a command to install a CDA given a
handle to it. This is a long and arduous procoss (I believe Roger Wagner
sells a program to do this, though), but here's the basic process:
1. Under ORCA, save the executable code from the CDA to a binary file (use
the MakeBin command), relocated to some fixed location. Since you will
probably want several active at once, make sure they won't overlap.
2. Then, write a quick ml program to copy a program from one fixed location
to another. Basically, just copy 00/2000,x to 0x/yy00,x for the whole
program. I've done this, and may post my source code and executable in
a bit.
3. Once the program is relocated, make a handle to the program (usually, I
make it in the first 4 bytes of the relocated thing), and install the
CDA
4. If this is totally confusing, but me, and I'll post some more detailed
stuff. :)
