e.g. Quality Computers sell these kind of cards. I know of one card from 
Applied Engeneering where the 64k memory is bundled with 80 column ability.
It's called "ViewMaster", I think.
I'm quite sure that Apple itself has "64k cards" or "auxillary memory cards" for
the IIe, too. Maybe you can even get such cards second hand.
I would consider ca. $50 for a new card as reasonable.
