There are three options: The OctoRAM (if you get one :), the old CV Tech
piggybacked with a Sequential Systems (if you get one), and the new
CV Tech. 

Only the new CV Tech is really readily available, though you may find the old
somewhere still too. The old solution is cheaper.
Although CV Tech claims that their new card is fully DMA compatible on all 8MB
(that is, QC claims that?), I do not believe it. I see no way to accomplish
this on a memory card ... though there may be one (w/o putting some wires
on the main board, that is). Of course, the RF can do DMA to all 8MB, but
that's not because of the memory card.
