I am especially for this type of group (although I think csa.forsale would
be more clear, especially for novices)

I know that I personally LIKE to see Apple For Sale stuff here, since I 
absolutely hate winding through all the messages in misc.comp.forsale
or other groups.
Others have openly stated they HATE seeing stuff for sale here. I think
that csa.forsale would help solve both problems.
