I have two (2) Apple IIcs, but the middle of three models.  This is the 
1986 IIc, which CAN play the 3.5" Unidisk drive, but DOES NOT have the slot
foprr the Apple One Meg RAM Card --- The RAM card slot was only oin the platinum
IIc.

QUESTApple Corpo. used to give a grefree motherboard upgrade to IIc owners who purchased
the Apple RAM card -- the replacement mother board had the slot for therf  RAM card., 
Pre-Owned Electrionics is now selling the Apple RAM card fopr  or $39.00 .  I believe
that these IIc RAM cards are new.

QUESTION:  Will Apple Corp. actually give the motherboard upgrade if one weree 
to buy the discounted IIc Apple RAM card???????  If yes, then the $39.00 
price from pPre-Owned Electronics looks very attractive!
