There's a reason, and it IS pretty good.  Orca/C itself doesn't depend on the
file order; the Linker does, for the following reason:  Many of the various
libraries have identically named functions, and the linker scans the 
Libraries/ directory in order (GetDirEntry), resolving references to library
functions in first file, first served order.  Thus, if the libs are out of
order you'll get the wrong library functions linked in and Bad Things happen.
