Not $C019. You either have to use the VOC toolset calls (ick) or the VBL
interrupt, or figure out which slot the card is in and read the VBL detect
bit yourself.

Didn't I send somebody at DreamWorld my sources for that almost a year ago?
Maybe it was only the 3200 stuff.
