It would be nice if DuelTris could be marketed as a real product.
However, there would be some difficulty in acquiring the copyright to
the game as well as other legal problems.

Hmmm...  That is a strange way of looking at it.  The reason there is
no GS titles on the retail shelves probably has to do with the lack of
software titles coming out for the GS and also the lack of people
buying GS software titles.  I doubt that it has anything to do with
exceptional shareware.  If anything, exceptional shareware can only
help the GS.

The guy who wrote DuelTris does have a commercial product.  It's
called DreamGrafix.  Maybe your store in Tulsa should think about
putting it on the shelves...
