There is a RAM card named Z-RAM Ultra from AE for the //c.

Chinook sells a hard disk for the //c called CT20c. There has recently been
a discussion here about SCSI drives on a //c. If I got it right, the CT20c has
a Smartport/SCSI converter built-in, that could be used with other SCSI drives, 
but you can only buy the converter *and* the drive together.
