8-voice mods and noistracker mods - where?

where can i get 8-voice mods? i believe soniqtracker can play these
since it's got an extra set of VU meters that are never used. what is
the correct format?
also, where can i get Noistracker specific mods? The only one I have is
ESA.RAP and it's real cool, but i want to get more.
