Yes, the GE Mail-to-Internet Mail gateway is functional. The Internet
address for someone on GEnie is:
username@genie.geis.com
Yes, GEnie charges users for this service. I can't remember off the top
of my head how much. But mail sent to a GEnie user who is not enrolled in
the program will bounce.
