Switching multiple apps (was Re: The Manager...)

That would probably present only limited functionality over a
screen-swapping type of switcher like SwitchIt! What good is working on
an application when only half of it is showing? Besides, what do you do
about paint programs like DreamGrafix where all sixteen palettes are
used up already? You won't have any colours left to draw the other
visible applications! That's assuming a background app (like DG or
SuperView) doesn't take over all the SCB's when it runs. SI gets around
this quite nicely by switching entire screens.
