Possible reorganisation of comp.sys.apple2 hierarchy

I would suggest renaming to "comp.sys.apple2.user" - "misc" is extremely
vague, and "user" is a fair description of the non-programming component of
this group at present. Having a "misc" may make it difficult to pass a vote
for another csa2* group in the future.
