SoundMeister and SoundMeister Pro...

I've seen an ad in this months issue of inCider/A+ for the SoundMeister 
and SoundMeister Pro, however there wasn't any expected release dates or 
prices. Does anyone have this info? Also does anyone know if either of 
these cards have MIDI support?
