Bad news, Brian. That's not a compressed file, that's an AppleLink Image
file. It contains information about AppleSingle and AppleDouble formats.
Stuffit Deluxe has an AppleSingle translator.
Also, for a freeware solution, try "Tiger". It's available on sumex.
(or at least it was)
