Ramdisks and Test Drive II

You need to format the ram disk before you can boot off of it. You also
need ProDOS on it as well.

I've talked to some of the people at Distinctive Software when I used to
live in Vancouver about this problem and the guy told me that it was an
"archiac copy protection scheme". There's no way around this. The only
other way to play TDII is to make an 800k partition on a hard drive and
install TDII on it. I never bothered to do this and since it was so
tedious I never played the game more that lets say 10 times.
