does there exist a utility for the appleIIgs that does what spin-write 
for the macintosh does??

that is.... does there exist a utility for the appleIIgs that will low-level
format a hard drive while preserving the data at the same time...

I have been having horrible problems with my hard drive and I suspect its
because of the low-level format...  (I have had this problem before, and
a low-level format fixed it... but that was when I had a hundred disks to
back up on.... now I dont have a hundred disks)...
