lcc/Byteworks policy on C 2.0 (was Re: ORCA/C v2.0)

  Well, there are always late breaking bugs. :-)

  In the past, Byteworks has done it that way.  This time, however,
after some major cajoling from several of his most persistent
testers, Mike Westerfield decided that he's going to keep development
on ORCA/C 2.0 open until around March or April.  Any bugs reported
in that time will be fixed on a hopefully bi-weekly basis.  People
who report bugs will get the bug fix versions (this may or may not
apply only to people who are on AOL & GEnie).

  So, the gist of the policy is that if we the IIGS community can
locate all the bugs in C 2.0, Mike will fix them and they will get
fixed, and _soon_.

  For those of you wondering where lcc is, I decided to spend some
time with Mike W. on C 2.0.  I think it was a good decision.
