Speed up Test Drive II (was Re: Proboot5.1)

The problem has to do with Test Drive II using some memory space that
is used by /Ram5. It's just that, no way to get around that. (I don't
have the exact technical explaination, sorry :-)
However, if you want to speed up the booting/loading process of Test
Drive II, there was a "modified" AE-Cache CDA released by a pirate (gasp!)
group awhile back, and it dramatically reduced the disk-access time.
Since you do have the original game, and guess it would be okay for me
to mail you a copy of the CDA, provided that no one objects, and I am
not offending anyone's good sense of morality and ethics :-)
