WANTED: *any* free terminal program for //e

I am trying to get my old Apple //e running as a simple terminal.  I have a
modem, cable, and SSC, 128K but no 65C02.  Two 5 1/4" floppy drives.
If you can provide me with a terminal program of some kind that will work
with this configuration, I'd appreciate it.  I have several old (1984 and
earlier) ones and none of them work for some reason.  If you can provide me
with a free one I will gladly reimburse you the cost of the disk and shipping.
