Try two small screwdrivers and prying up from opposite sides at the
same time. The trick is to raise the key straight up.

The keycap and/or the key itself. It is best to have a solder sucker if
you are going to replace the key. It is a very simple operation for the
IIgs and not that bad for the //e.  (My Apple dealer has the key. I've
not asked about the keycaps.)
