Help Wanted: Apple //e hookup with a Panasonic Printer

I need information for a friend of mine who has recently purchassed an 
Apple //e and a Panasonic KXP-1091 dot matrix printer.
 
If you have answers to any of the following questions, please E-Mail as 
soon as you can.
 
1. He is using a ProGrappler printer interface. What are the correct dip 
switch settings between the Apple //e and the Panasonic KXP-1091 printer?
 
2. I know that the Panasonic KXP-1091 is Epson compat. Therefore what is 
the correct setup in the AppleWorks printer setup menu for the Panasonic 
KXP-1091 printer with the ProGrappler printer interface?
 
My friend purchassed these two items from two different sources and is 
eager to generate reports with AppleWorks on his //e.  Any help would be 
most appreciated!
