Printing Trouble -- PLEASE HELP

Ok, I just got Harmonie v2.0 from the kind UPS man today.  I installed it
for my setup (Parallel Pro w/Panasonic KXP-1124 (not the 1124i)).  Well,
when I went into WordWorks to test it out I get a "Select switch is off"
message.  What the hell does THAT mean? There's no select switch on the
printer...
