Two Systems... One Hard Drive?

I have a Maxtor 130MB Hard Drive, and in one small partition, I'm trying 
to put System 5.0.4 on the last, small partition so I can run this one 
program (It's VERY Buggy, barely Stable, and will NOT run under System 6. 
At least it probably won't eat HD Partitions anymore. :)

When I try to launch System 5 from this, it runs System 6 from the boot 
Partition. Aeasy Ideas? I'm using this really Great Program Launcher from 
a good friend, so I hope I don't have to stop using it, but... I NEED to 
fix this problem so I can get this program running and get some work done 
by the end of next week (When the Job must be finished.)
