Hookup PANASONIC KXP-1091 to an APPLE //e

A friend of mine has recently purchassed an APPLE //e and a PANASONIC 
KXP-1091 dmp. He purchassed these items from two different people and 
would like to know what the correct settings are for the following 
connections....

Apple //e -> ProGrappler -> Panasonic KXP-1091

What would be the correct setting on the 6 dip switches on the 
ProGrappler printer card?

What would be the correct settings for the dip switches on the printer?

And finally, what would be the correct set-up in both AppleWorks 3.0 as 
well as PublishIt for this printer?

Any help would be most appreciated!
