There are two NDAs out there that can help you. One is Finder Extender (
something like that ), and the other is called OpenAny. These two NDAs allow
you to use most Finder extensions if they're placed in the
:boot:system:system.setups folder instead of the :boot:system:finderextras
folder.

It's true that the Sound CDev will have to be active for most program/utilities
to be able to play rSounds, including rSounder v2.0.
I have a hint for people who use Sound CDev; you should combine all the little
sounds into one big resource sound file in your :boot:system:sounds folder.
Sound CDev seems to check all the files in that sounds folder _everytime_ you
boot. Combining all my sounds into one file saves me about 3 sec. of boot
time. Can you beleive it? Try it!!!
