Go to your nearest Ensoniq keyboard dealer and ask him to order one for you.
Ensoniq part #ICS 1261D.  When I had to replace mine, I though I was sunk
since the chip in my IIgs had the Apple part number on it, but lucky for me
Apple had the Ensoniq part installed in the IIgs in the picture on the cover
of the ROM 1 hardware reference.  Thanks, guys...  *B-)
