You're talking about restricting the freedom of the seller to sell to
whomever he wishes. What do you plan to do if someone, for whatever
reasons unspecified, decides NOT to ship to some country that you want
them to ship to? Pout and stomp your feet?
Seriously, this is not a moral issue, so let's just respect one
another's freedom and move on.
If you have a problem with an individual, go talk to him or her about
it. Flaming abstract sellers here doesn't work.
