Son of Spinning Disk Drive

I recently got one of my 3.5 disk drives repaired, and now since it was
re-installed, GS/OS won't recognize either drive.  ProTERM 3.0
intermittently spins ALL 4 floppies when I try to access a 3.5 drive and
won't quit till I hit ctrl-reset.  ProSEL 16 doesn't list them (or lists
only drive 1) when I do a volume listing.  Any ideas what's going on???
