Well, obviously you would want to try:

	xmodem sx b filename
		or
	xmodem sy b filename

sx is for xmodem, sy is for ymodem, b is for binary.  Then after typing this
in and pressing return, type open-apple r (for receive, in ProTERM), then
select the correct protocol.
