Quality Computers HD

Has anyone tried Quality's HD on an Apple //e. Also I am looking to purchase a used copy of Dazzle Draw, and if anyone has it, I need a way to back up my Bubble Bobble disk on my //e, because I own 2 apple //es and have already destroyed the disk once and am afraid of having to send it back again, like i did my qix disk...Also has anyone heard from Binscii II and the Apple II QWK mailer...
