I am currently using an AE Heavy Duty Powersupply IIe, with my IIgs. One thing to remember, is this an original IIgs or a converted IIgs? I got mine converted from a IIe, so I have both the power plugs for the IIgs and the IIe. If you have an original IIgs, then you may not have the same plug.
