Hey there Brendan, 

Regarding that, would I still be able to ctrl-a into the SSC: prompt
and issue commands if the PROM were fried ? Because that portion of
the card still works fine.......  I can start a terminal and
everything. Just can't pass data. 

The 10/12 dip loopback worked though....
