Re:SoundSamples on CCO

I've noticed a trend toward using .SHK format files on CCO rather than the 
more massive .BSQ format.  Perhaps if that were adopted 100% some of the 
volume "visibility" would be reduced.  Not to say that I disagree with Todd 
regarding the sound files, in particular since most of them were of 
questionable use anyway.  There were few I'd want to hear more than once 
and that hardly makes the time to upload worthwhile.  Now, if someone were 
to digitize some of the old sound effects records/tapes/CDs so they could 
be incorporated into programs THAT might be worthwhile and even merit some 
space on CCO.
