yes.  You need a Grappler c+ (I think this is right).  It will allow the
apple //c, //c+, IIGS or M*c printer serial ports to a parallel printer. 
The way it works is the Grappler has a few dip switches to "configure" the
parallel printer.  To your Apple, the printer appears to be an ImageWriter
